Privacy Policy

NimbleDay is designed to help you plan your day with clarity. This policy explains what information is handled by the app and how it is used.

Data Handling Summary

We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data on NimbleDay-owned servers.

How Data Is Used

Data in NimbleDay is used only to provide core app functionality such as planning views, reminders, widgets, insights, and optional calendar integration.

Calendar and Notifications

If you enable calendar sync or reminders, NimbleDay requests permission to access Apple Calendar and Notifications so these features can work. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

Apple Services and Third Parties

NimbleDay uses Apple frameworks such as StoreKit, EventKit, and UserNotifications for purchases, calendar features, and reminders.

NimbleDay does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not include third-party analytics SDKs that track you across apps and websites.

Data Deletion

All app content is stored locally on your device. You can remove NimbleDay data by deleting the app and by revoking permissions in iOS Settings.

If iCloud sync is enabled, Apple may store synced copies under your iCloud account. You can remove those via iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.

Because NimbleDay does not keep your personal content on NimbleDay-owned servers, we do not have server-side user content to delete outside of your device and Apple account controls.

Children's Privacy

NimbleDay is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
