These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NimbleDay app and related services.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using NimbleDay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subscriptions and Billing
- NimbleDay offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Pro features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
License
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NimbleDay for personal, non-commercial use.
Use Restrictions
You agree not to misuse NimbleDay, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, or interfere with normal operation.
Data and Privacy
Your use of NimbleDay is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
NimbleDay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NimbleDay and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
