These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the VoiceDoc app and related services.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using VoiceDoc, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
In-App Purchase
- VoiceDoc offers an optional one-time Pro unlock as a non-consumable in-app purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- There is no recurring subscription for VoiceDoc Pro.
- You can restore purchases on devices using the same Apple ID.
License
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VoiceDoc for personal, non-commercial use.
Use Restrictions
You agree not to misuse VoiceDoc, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, or interfere with normal operation.
Data and Privacy
Your use of VoiceDoc is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Apple Standard EULA
Where applicable, use of VoiceDoc is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Disclaimers
VoiceDoc is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceDoc and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
